2013年上半年学科发表论文表现不俗

        6月30日,实验室科技办公室发布了学科2013年上半年发表的SCI论文目录,学科表现不俗。根据统计,截至2013年6月27日,学科共发表SCI论文(包括在线发表) 24篇,累计影响因子高达159.387;呈现出“论文总数多、高水平研究多、研究领域宽、协作研究多、学生参与多”等特点。

        论文总数多,高水平研究多。截至2013年6月27日,学科共发表SCI论文24篇,累计影响因子159.387分,论文主要发表在遗传、皮肤病和自身免疫等领域的主要期刊。其中参与完成的特应性皮炎全基因组关联研究以及主要主持完成的肌萎缩侧索硬化疾病全基因组关联研究成果先后发表在Nature Genetics;牵头与香港大学合作完成的系统性红斑狼疮易感基因的鉴定成果刊登在American Journal of Human Genetics上。此外,点状掌跖角化症致病基因的发现、3个白癜风易感基因的发现均刊登在国际皮肤科领域最权威的Journal of Investigative Dermatology(JID)上;白癜风易感基因的研究成果在JID以封面论文形式刊登,表明学科在白癜风易感基因研究领域的领先地位。24篇论文中,期刊影响因子超过6的达9篇,占总发表论文的37.5%。

        研究领域宽。24篇论文的研究内容除了学科传统的重点研究领域,如银屑病、白癜风、系统性红斑狼疮外,学科还充分发挥在复杂疾病易感基因研究领域的技术优势,参与协助完成神经闭锁症、肛门直肠癌、二型糖尿病等疾病易感基因研究,进一步表明皮肤病学国家重点实验室培育基地对国内同类型研究的辐射带动能力。研究方向进一步拓宽。除疾病易感基因研究方向外,还积极开展了基因-基因交互作用、基因-环境交互作用、拷贝数变异等领域的研究,丰富了疾病的发病机制研究思路。此外,24项研究成果中,还涉及到临床疗效观察总结、临床病例分析,进一步拓展了学科的研究领域,推动了皮肤病基础研究到临床应用的转化进程。

        协作研究多。在发表的24篇论文中,参与研究的合作单位达百余家,函括海内外多家长期合作单位,如德国基尔大学、加拿大大不列颠哥伦比亚大学、香港大学医学院、中国科学院上海生命科学研究院等。

        学生参与度高。24篇论文中,由研究生担任第一作者论文达到19篇。多年来,学科在研究生培养上一直坚持不拘一格,积极引导、安排研究生参与前沿性的科研项目,从一年级开始就安排他们参与学科项目研究,及早进行科研训练;不拘一格,安排他们作为研究项目主要骨干,挑大梁,促进他们主动思考。通过项目实施,夯实了研究生的科研素养,实现了科技创新与人才培养的完美结合。(采编:陈刚,周福圣,尹先勇)
